HHHH OOO TTTT!

WHEW, it's hot!!  Not just our weather but this dress/skirt too!!  Yep, that's right, this one piece doubles as a skirt when the band is folded down or a strapless dress when the band is rolled up.  So cool for those incredibly hot summer nights.  Oh, and the fabric is so soft you won't want to take it off!!!
